My mission is to help my clients become their own therapists by modelling new ways of regulating emotions, exploring the unfulfilled needs that cause suffering, and finding healthy ways of satisfying those needs.
I work in an integrative way, drawing from different therapy approaches such as: person-centred, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, and trauma therapy, being informed by attachment theory at all times. I have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, BS in Psychology, and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and I am a Trauma Practitioner. I work in an integrative approach, which means that I draw from different therapies to suit your individual needs and based on what I consider would help you more. My clients usually feel better after just one session, after having a chance to share their distress, gain a different understanding of what they're dealing with and discuss a possible plan of action for changing the way they feel. However, it usually takes up to 10-12 sessions to achieve long-lasting change and even longer in cases of historical trauma and ongoing distressing situations (e.g. current divorce, work issues, addictions etc).

I offer face-to-face therapy in my office in Wilmslow, Cheshire (UK). I also offer remote sessions via Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, telephone or text, as per your preference.
